If you are not completely satisfied with your Keurig brewer, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase if it was purchased on keurgi.shop. To be eligible for a refund, contact us with your serial number to initiate a return.

Return shipping and any related charges are your responsibility. Ship your package using a method that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible if there is no proof of delivery of the product so be sure to keep tracking information as it may be needed to confirm receipt.
